We offer MBA students from INSEAD the unique opportunity to work in one of our offices worldwide as an MBA Summer Associate.

What's in it for you?
For eight weeks during your summer break, you will be an integral part of a team of consultants. You will get a true sense of our corporate culture and can decide for yourself whether Roland Berger is right for you. Outstanding Summer Associates will be offered a contract for a full-time position.

What do we expect?
As an MBA student at INSEAD, you already have several years of relevant strategic work experience and an excellent academic record. Impressive communication skills as well as analytical and quantitative skills complete your profile.
