Project Manager: Counseling Services
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, including Non-Public Counseling Services Consultation, developing and delivering professional development, and conducting counselor observations.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Develop and implement feedback mechanisms across the system by completing follow-up interviews and feedback sessions with staff, administrators, and community members.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; Assist in drafting budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
- Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Assist in the definition of project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
- Provide Non-Public Counseling Services Consultation to support non-public school counselors and ensure they receive appropriate consultation services.
- Develop and deliver professional development programs for school counselors, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
