About the role
The Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time non-exempt position that works closely with other members of the HR team, members of management and employees. The HR Recruiter provides front-line and administrative support for ATC Human Resources.
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct day-to-day recruiting activities, follow recruiting processes and act as a resource on all points of the recruitment cycle to include phone interviews, application follow up and updating the recruiting software.
- Effectively coordinate and arrange for new employee orientation weekly.
- Maintain Human Resources records to ensure compliance with all state and/or federal laws.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Scans and assists in maintaining electronic personnel files.
- Maintains open positions report and assists with maintenance of position control.
- Assists with preparation of career fairs and other recruitment functions as needed.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, effective and efficient communication, computer, and phone skills.
- Answers team members’ questions regarding general human resources inquiries or directs them to other areas as appropriate.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Maintain necessary equipment, office supplies and uniform inventory.
- Assist with benefits, payroll, training or other areas in HR as necessary.
- Work with HRIS on regular duties as well as opportunity to assist with implementation projects.
- Other duties as required.

- Computer literacy with specific proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to make large group presentations and consult effectively one-on-one
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Ability to work in a confidential manner and act with discretion
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible and related experience in Human Resources, with a focus on hiring and recruiting
Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate Degree or higher preferred
