HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in optimizing order management and supply chain performance across retail and e-commerce channels. This role involves leading and mentoring team members, resolving operational challenges, managing order flow, and providing actionable insights through data analysis and collaboration. The senior analyst will also oversee retail supply chain analytics, including developing Tableau dashboards, managing KPIs, and driving data-driven decision-making in partnership with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining system configurations, identifying process improvement opportunities, and acting as a key liaison to enhance inventory visibility and operational efficiency. This role reports to the Sr. OML Manager and is based in our Buckhead, GA office.
40% - Order Management and Analysis
Lead and mentor team members by providing guidance on evaluating retail order flow, optimizing inventory management, and resolving operational challenges that drive successful store launches, replenishments, new store openings, and e-commerce performance
Facilitate and lead discussions in cross-functional and leadership meetings, providing actionable insights, steering conversations, and driving solutions to address supply chain challenges effectively
Take ownership of daily decisions and actively manage information flow to ensure accurate and efficient order management across all channels.
Address order transmission errors and ensure system functionality while analyzing inventory coverage to provide targeted recommendations for expedited shipments, boosting store sales performance
Execute necessary adjustments to order configurations by collaborating with retail inventory management teams, IT, and OMS interfaces, ensuring accuracy in setup, delivery dates, and quantities
50% - Retail Supply Chain Analytics
Develop Tableau dashboards and ad hoc reports to provide cross functional partners with insights into critical issues and processing statuses, highlighting key variances and actionable opportunities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement KPIs for inbound/outbound logistics, order and inventory management use cases
Project Management for all direct-to-consumer supply chain analytics
Act as key liaison between OML team and Integration team to connect data sources
Serve as the retail supply chain Tableau expert, delivering training and support to equip team members and enhance data-driven decision-making.
10% - Ad Hoc
Maintain systemic configurations to ensure accurate inventory visibility and availability across all channels.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting opportunities relating to forecasting, order management, inventory management, and planning procedures
Identify improvement opportunities within the order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Create all necessary documentation for new reporting/processes
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:
2+ years of demonstrated experience in supply chain, order management, inventory management, or related fields.
Experience in reporting tools such as Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Microsoft Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Preferred skills and experience:
Proficient in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and leveraging data insights to drive process enhancements and operational improvements.
Tableau capabilities such as creating calculations and building new logic into existing reports
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Fundamental knowledge of relational databases and their integration with visualization tools
Solid understanding of Inventory Management, Order Management, and Forecasting principles
