Job Description

The Assistant Account Executive will play a pivotal role as a team player at our full service advertising agency, Pacific Communications. You will ensure account and project teams collaborate while developing impactful communications and creating creative strategies for our clients. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, a reliable team player, and who thrives in the fast-paced world of advertising.

This is a hybrid role with the ability to commute to our Branchburg, NJ office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day details of Clients' projects, from initiation to completion on time and within budget.
• Understands the intricacies of all jobs in order to communicate effectively with all Agency personnel to ensure assigned projects are correctly executed on time and within budget.
• Manages delegated projects from start to finish with minimal Account Executive supervision.
• Prepares projects for submission to Client and Medical/Regulatory with regard to references and other supporting documentation. Coordinates with Client and Medical/Regulatory regarding cycling and approval of projects.  Reviews Client and Medical/Regulatory changes with Account Executive to determine action.
• Interfaces with Client regarding deliveries, scheduling, project estimates and other miscellaneous issues..
• Actively participates in sessions with Clients, with questions and suggestions.
• Creates, updates and distributes Client Status Reports on a regular basis in accordance with Client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising or equivalent business experi
