Our focus is to disseminate knowledge through campaigns that can inspire professionals in the building industry to design sustainable and healthy buildings for people and planet.</p><p></p><p>Within the team you will be met by an open, ambitious and supportive atmosphere where personal and professional development is highly prioritized.</p><p></p><p>Your primary tasks will be:</p><ul><li><p><b><span>Website Management:</span></b><span> Updating and refining layout, text, and images on our website (using Umbraco/simple HTML).</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Content Creation Support:</span></b><span> Assisting with simple graphic design and layout tasks.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Email Marketing:</span></b><span> Laying out and updating newsletters in HubSpot.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Performance Tracking:</span></b><span> Gathering website performance data (Google Analytics, etc.) and updating reports and dashboards.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Diverse Support:</span></b><span> Handling various ad hoc tasks related to marketing and communication (e.g., content management, asset tagging, analytics support, updating overviews, helpdesk assistance).</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>You will work 16-24 hours per week. We are flexible in scheduling your hours, especially during your exam periods.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Qualifications</b></p><p>We are looking for a candidate that will bring motivation and interest to the job and a willingness to learn. You can cooperate, as well as see possibilities and act on them. You have a curious mindset, and can work efficiently with a wide set of tasks.<br/><br/>As our new Student Assistant, we expect you to have a solid interest in communication and digital platforms and ideally prior experience within the field.</p><p></p><p>Further, we expect that you:</p><ul><li><p>Are just about to finish your bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree in a related field.</p></li><li><p>Possess a good technical understanding of web platforms and technologies (e.g., Umbraco, basic HTML). Experience with Umbraco is a strong advantage.</p></li><li><p>Have a keen visual eye and understanding of layout principles.
