Position Overview:

*This position is available to work from home in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.

Workday Configuration, Integration, Support, Reporting, and Upgrade experience is highly desired.

Supports, and leads the integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Ensures integrations are optimally planned, documented, validated, and maintained. Provides expert application and technical support for the product line in addition to providing more complex triage and troubleshooting assistance to the product clients. Engages in problem management identification, classification, and resolution activities within the applications. Lastly, leads large integration efforts as well as provides support to other team members as a mentor.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:


2 years recent relevant experience



SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Expert knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies.

Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.

Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure, as well as Application Program Interfaces (APIs).

Advanced understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration.

Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.

Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Pay Range is $44.28 to $66.42 / hour. California, New Jersey, and Washington Pay Range is $44.28 to $66.42 / hour. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia Pay Range is $39.86 to $59.78 / hour. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $35.43 to $53.14 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
