Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a critical role in ensuring the Company hires and maintains a pipeline of talent that supports strategic growth initiatives. You will carry out full-cycle recruitment starting with a core understanding of our business. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers, assess their staffing needs, and develop outside-the-box recruitment strategies that attract talent. You will be part of a team that takes pride in providing top-notch candidate experience.

What Will You Do

What You Will Do:

  • Source, recruit, interview, and close candidates for all levels of the organization by promoting the business and culture and providing a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Be responsible for the candidate and hiring manager experience; maintain a close, collaborative relationship with our hiring teams and talent pipeline. Manage long-term networking relationships.
  • Plan, organize, and implement outreach efforts with universities, professional/trade schools and organizations, and veteran and diverse communities. Be willing to represent the company at events.
  • Maintain a solid level of industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Utilize and maintain a variety of sourcing channels, fully leveraging resources such as employee referrals, social media, existing ATS candidates, Boolean search, job posting optimization, industry job boards.
  • Collaborate with members of the Talent Acquisition and HR team to share ideas, and best practices to foster a teamwork and learning environment.
  • Use metrics to create reports, identify areas of improvement, and influence decision-making.
  • Participate in talent acquisition project-based initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for employment-related job ads, social media posts, and other recruitment marketing.

What You Will Need

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting and sourcing experience within a high-volume, multi-state organization.
  • Telecommunications and/or Critical Infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, construction management, etc.) recruiting experience is strongly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • The ability to establish positive and professional relationships easily.
  • A track record of closing candidates.
  • Responsive and operate with a high sense of urgency in daily activities.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Will not have supervisory duties.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • The position is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach up to 25 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time exempt position.
  • Days of work are Monday through Friday.
