Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Program Administrator & Physician Liaison for our Physician Relations department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Program Administrator & Physician Liaison you will:
• Prepare and present opportunities and challenges to appropriate leadership/staff in a timely manner and on a regular basis, gaining support and commitment as needed.
• Practitioner Service Recovery and Problem Solving
• Coordinate and Lead Practitioner Relevant Hospital Tours
• Partner with CMO/medical staff office to send out annual physician satisfaction survey
• Coordinate system initiative practitioner-relevant communications e.g., Program rollouts, annual regulatory compliance issues
• Marketing Collaboration – practitioner media interactions, photo updating
Annual MEC and other practitioner photo update coordination
• Work on growing practitioner engagement
• Increase attendance at the semi-annual medical staff meeting
• Increase physician communication with MSO on active issues
Qualifications Include:
• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s in business, healthcare, or related field
• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years in Healthcare environment
• Hospital experience preferred, background in business preferred
• Requires the ability to have flexible scheduling with occasional evening work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively and personably with medical staff/customers in a professional manner
• Strong problem-solving abilities with clear ability to utilize critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Independently motivated and driven to achieve high goals and seek continuous improvement in knowledge and skills.
• Discipline in goal setting, prospecting, networking and time management.
• Skills to employ technologies effectively and proficiency (MS office suite, CRM/PRM Systems, relevant mobile technology and web-based applications.)
• Process Improvement Skills
Work Schedule:
Full-time days, Monday - Friday.
Pay Range:
$77,313.60 - $115,980.80If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
