<p><strong>About the team and role:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our Rubrik IT Enterprise Architecture team, focusing on the intersection of our IT Enterprise Applications, Integrations, Automations, Data, Cloud, AI, and Security with our robust Information Security policies and the Risk control frameworks. This role is critical for aligning our IT technical vision and strategy with our business goals and corporate objectives ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient platforms for our internal IT teams and Business Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise architecture, integration patterns, full-stack engineering solutions, Cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity principles. Your role will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that all architectural decisions align with our Business operations strategies and guiding principles.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <h3><strong>Strategy and Roadmap</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Business-IT Alignment:</strong> Translate the overall business strategy (goals, objectives, and priorities) into a coherent, executable IT strategy and architecture vision.</li> <li><strong>Architectural Vision:</strong> Define and maintain the Target State Architecture (Future State) for the entire enterprise, encompassing Business, Data, Application, and Technology domains.</li> <li><strong>Roadmapping:</strong> Develop and govern the multi-year Architectural Roadmap that guides the transition from the current-state architecture (Baseline) to the target state, prioritizing initiatives to maximize business value.</li> <li><strong>Technology Evaluation:</strong> Conduct horizon scanning and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Cloud services, new security platforms) to determine their potential impact and strategic fit for the business.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Governance and Standards</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Architectural Governance:</strong> Establish, enforce, and maintain Architectural Principles, Decision Trees, Standards, and Enterprise Patterns across the organization to ensure consistency, quality, and interoperability.</li> <li><strong>Review and Assurance:</strong> Lead the Architecture Review Council (ARC) process to review and approve all major IT projects, tools and solutions, ensuring compliance with defined standards and the overall enterprise vision by meeting periodically with the identified federated domain and solution architects and/or business process owners or architects</li> <li><strong>Risk and Compliance:</strong> Ensure all architectur
