Essential Job Duties

• Source top-notch applicants through innovative cold calling, captivating emails, cutting-edge computer databases, and diverse recruiting resources
• Elevate brand awareness and attract stellar candidates through engaging content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our company websites
• Harness the power of recruitment software to seamlessly delegate and optimize leads, ensuring maximum task completion and efficiency
• Work with freight agent partners to understand their needs, crafting tailored recruitment plans that deliver results
• Screen and identify high-quality candidates, connecting them with our freight agent partners for a perfect match
• Maintain open, proactive lines of communication with freight agent partners ensuring successful fulfillment of recruitment needs
• Assist candidates throughout their application journey, from initial contact to collecting onboarding documentation, making the process smooth and seamless
• Create impactful marketing email blasts that capture attention and drive engagement
• Represent our company at recruitment fairs and terminal visits, building connections and expanding our talent pool
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the onboarding process, fostering a positive experience from start to finish
• Share your expertise by training new recruiters, contributing to the growth and success of our team

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or sales function
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to leverage social media platforms to generate interest and awareness for open positions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Customer service and sales oriented
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the transportation/logistics industry
• Marketing background
• Experience with Social Media advertising
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or similar
