Job Summary
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in revitalizing and expanding a B2C initiative by leveraging the organization’s reputation, global reach, and high-quality content to introduce unique advertising opportunities to the market. You will work closely with product and revenue teams to implement, monitor, test, and troubleshoot digital integrations, including CMS-based development and ADA-compliant solutions. Your expertise in advertising technology, testing, and troubleshooting will be essential, as well as your ability to work within ad servers to identify areas for optimization. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in these areas is strongly valued.
Responsibilities
Manage project scope by helping define goals, deliverables, tasks, and milestones, while tracking and documenting change requests as needed.
Oversee project planning and progress tracking, collaborating with the team on estimates and schedules to ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
Act as the team lead, assembling a well-balanced team, monitoring performance, fostering motivation, and managing conflicts to maintain a high-performing environment.
Develop and execute a risk management plan by identifying potential risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, including clients and account managers, to align project goals with business needs and maintain context throughout the project lifecycle.
Document QA processes, implementation workflows, ad formats, and specifications for internal stakeholders.
Support the implementation of new product rollouts and technical integrations with new ad vendors, in close coordination with product and revenue teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of privacy, data, consent, accessibility, and other regulatory requirements, and ensure clear communication of these standards to relevant teams.
Monitor performance data across platforms such as Google Ad Manager and SSPs, analyzing results and recommending optimizations to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid approaches.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with teams, manage stakeholders, and engage with clients.
Ability to interpret high-level requirements and translate them into clear developer documentation, such as acceptance criteria, use cases, and objective descriptions.
Proven ability to collaborate with business and product teams, while working closely with technical team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Capability to review and intervene in user stories that do not meet the Definition of Ready.
Strong technical understanding of development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate updates and requirements to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Skilled in creating and maintaining progress reports, status updates, and professional presentations
