<p><br/><strong>Position Summary</strong><br/>As part of our exciting sales transformation strategy, we are expanding our Nestlé Ireland Sales team and are delighted to be recruiting for this newly created Senior National Account Manager position based at our head office in Dublin, Ireland.</p>

<p>As a <strong>Senior National Account Manager</strong>, you’ll be responsible for the leadership and delivery of a profitable market share winning plan driven by the development and negotiation of Joint Business Plans with our Grocery Multiple Customers. You will also have responsibility for the full management and accountability of the customer/category/format P&L, including Sales Revenue, Trade Spend, Promotional ROI, Market Share and Profit targets.</p>

<p><br/><strong>A day in the life of a Senior National Account Manager ….</strong><br/>Reporting to the National Account Controller, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and delivering profitable sustainable growth through the day-to-day management of the commercial plan. You will work closely with experienced colleagues within the Customer Business Team and the Category Development Team to deliver growth and market share. Your key responsibilities will include:</p>

<ul>
<li>Develop and lead the negotiation of the annual Customer Business Plans which deliver against internal and external strategies & KPI</li>
<li>Analysing of data sets (EPOS, Nielson, CIM, SRM) to build commercial plans which optimise KPI delivery</li>
<li>The timely and accurate execution of Customer Plans, providing excellent communication to Customers, completing all required internal and external documentation and alignment to ensure perfect execution of customer plans</li>
<li>Lead Customer Contact Strategy and build powerful relationships cross functionally at appropriate levels</li>
<li>Accountable for the indirect leadership of Category and Marketing teams to facilitate best in class category strategies & activation. Use well developed skills to facilitate best in class selling stories, in-store activation and promotional performance</li>
<li>Deploy customer, shopper and category insight to identify optimum portfolio mix for the customer and shopper. Lead cross functional teams to deliver portfolio range for customer.</li>
<li>Own and develop promotional plan to include revenue, trade spend & promotion activation details including, timing, mechanics & estimated amount sold on deal (uplift &/or total)</li>
<li>The timely participation and input into all relevant internal planning processes (weekly, monthly and quarterly) / Monthly Business Planning Cycle (MBP). Utilise multiple data sets to create guidance to build understanding of external performance dynamics</li>
<li>The timely communication with field ops where relevant to enable field teams at the point of purchase. Selling story's, briefs etc.</li>

<p><br/><strong>What will make you successful</strong><br/>To be successful, you’ll already have a fantastic breadth of sales or commercial experience under your belt with previous experience within FMCG categories. </p>
<p><br/>A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and excellent numeracy skills, you’ll be able to communicate persuasively and credibly to multiple stakeholders internally as well to customers externally.
