Regent’s portfolio spans retail, consumer, media, and industrial sectors, with a strong emphasis on hands-on operational leadership.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>RSG is seeking an experienced Director of Finance &amp; Accounting to lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions for RSG and its supported retail businesses. This is a full-scope finance leadership role responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving core finance and accounting functions while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and business partners.</p> <p>Based in Columbus, OH, this role will own end-to-end financial strategy and execution for RSG, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, accounting operations, and compliance. The Director will play a critical role in enabling scalable growth, operational rigor, and financial discipline across Regent’s retail platform.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the senior finance leader for RSG, acting as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership and functional leaders.</li> <li>Lead all finance and accounting functions for RSG and its portfolio brands, including Club Monaco, La Senza, and other retail businesses.</li> <li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.</li> <li>Provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.</li> <li>Analyze sales, margin, cost structure, and profitability to guide strategic decision-making across brands.</li> <li>Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support growth initiatives, restructurings, and investment decisions.</li> <li>Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.</li> <li>P
