Today we’re looking for an Adobe Product Administrator to join our Global MarTech team to help scale our global Consumer Engagement Platform and support hundreds of countries around the world.  We are looking for someone who can help with technical integrations with products from Adobe’s Marketing Cloud.  She/he will play a vital role supporting our Consumer Engagement Platform that consists of engaging web experiences, digital promotions, and interactive web applications that provide value to consumers all over the world.

This will be an Individual Contributor role.

What You’ll Do For Us

• Configure, develop and maintain the platform according to The Coca-Cola Company’s requirements. 
• Perform system Integrations and configurations between Adobe Experience Manager and other products in Adobe’s Marketing Cloud such as AEP, Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency with web development knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members.
• Implement security measures, user authentication, access controls, and backup strategies to ensure the security and compliance of the CMS platform as well as its content. 
• Assist users with technical issues, resolving problems related to content management, permissions or system functionality. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders, such as developers, content creators, and marketers, to streamline workflows and support cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system administration tasks and responsibilities (Prior experience administering products in the Adobe Marketing Cloud strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of demonstrated expertise with CMS platforms.
• Technical proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo
• Experience with container management tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Prior experience provisioning cloud infrastructure such as EC2 servers, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Cloudfront, API Gateway, etc.
• Working knowledge of or experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Cloudformation, CDK, Terraform
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and iterative development
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to provide technical support and training to platform users as-needed.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues related to CMS functionality, integrations, plugins, or customizations.

Preferred

• Experience with public cloud such as Azure or AWS (S3, Lambda, etc.) strongly preferred
• Experienced with GIT code repositories, DevOps best practices and working with automation tools
• Basic understanding of cloud services and serverless architecture
• Knowledge of CMS security best practices and compliance standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Agile Development practices, Scrum, Test and Behavior-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design.
• Effective communication skills to understand requirements, provide updates, and coordinate tasks.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
