The ideal candidate will demonstrate both legal proficiency and strategic insight, while also being capable of independently managing cases through trial.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently manage a caseload of construction litigation matters, including NY Labor Law claims, from inception through resolution or trial</li> <li>Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances</li> <li>Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy and complex legal issues</li> <li>Communicate regularly with clients, providing timely updates, legal analysis, and strategic recommendations</li> <li>Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural requirements, and firm standards</li> <li>Utilize legal research tools and case management systems effectively</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>JD from an ABA-accredited law school</li> <li>Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar</li> <li>7+ years of proven Labor Law construction experience</li> <li>Experience with insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability matters</li> <li>Demonstrated experience as first a
