Project Acceleration Student Worker - Events - Summer 2026

JOB SUMMARY
This student position will work with Project Acceleration, which is the dual enrollment program that Seton Hall runs with area high schools to give high school students the opportunity to obtain college credit. They will assist the office in website updates, student record reconciliation, and event planning.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organize registration information such as payment and generated forms. Assist parents and students with registration process via emails and phone calls.
2. Act as liaison between the high school students, parents, and administration for registrations and payments. Make sure that all loose ends for paperwork are completed in a timely manner.
3. Assist in event planning for student visits and teacher conferences.
4. Maintain databases daily including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
5. Weekly communication with Seton Hall professors for course applications.
6. Perform research on new high schools; gather data for recruitment.
7. Filing documents and organizing file cabinets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Registered full-time undergraduate student here at Seton Hall. Excellent organization, writing, math, and communication skills; professional; high level of attention to detail; ability to interpret and analyze data; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026
