The Senior Integrated Owner is the primary project manager for the overall definition, delivery, and planning of data migration work during Cerner's software implementation and/or services effort with clients. In addition to providing the design and guidance needed to migrate data into a Millennium environment, the Senior Integrated Owner is also responsible for leading and motivating the team. As a Senior Integrated Owner , you will be responsible to direct and support a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of a client project.
The Senior Integrated Owner is viewed by clients as the primary contact for a wide variety of issues related to their data migration. The Senior Integrated Owner is the expert judge of the client’s risk factors for successful implementation and management of their data migration.
In addition to project management work, the Senior Integrated Owner will coordinate resources, scheduling, and other factors including but not limited to basic operational and financial metrics involved with these projects.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 2 years of system administration, system engineering, and/or technical project/program management work experience
- At least 6 years of Higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position
- Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience working on Data Migration or Interoperability FHIR/HL7
- At least 2+ years of experience and a solid understanding of database technologies
- At least 3+ years of project management/implementation work experience
- PMP Certification
- Proficient with MS Project, VersionOne, JIRA
Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City or live in a virtual approved city
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Career Level - IC3
Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan. Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
