CRM Infrastructure Lead

As our CRM Infrastructure Lead, you’ll not only guide a talented team of 2-3 professionals but also roll up your sleeves to directly contribute to our CRM efforts. Together, you’ll automate daily communications, deliver timely notifications, reminders, follow-ups, and ensure our email and marketing pushes are seamless—all while keeping compliance at the heart of our operations.

Take Ownership

As the owner of Bird, you and your team will:

• Integrate Bird across all Touchpoints: Connect Bird with the app, website, customer support channels, and other interfaces to ensure all my interactions are captured and accessible.

• Centralize data management: Use Bird to store and organize personal details and communication preferences, and support tickets in a secure, centralized system.

• Personalize the user experience: Leverage the insights from Bird to offer services and communications tailored to user needs and preferences

• Automate workflows: use Bird's automation features to send timely notifications, reminders, and follow-ups, improving responsiveness and efficiency.

• Maintain Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that all user data within Bird is protected with robust security measures and that bunq adheres to privacy laws and regulations.

• Monitor and Improve: Use analytics and reporting tools within Bird to track service performance and identify areas where bunq can better meet user need

Requirements

• Mastery of CRM Platforms: You are highly skilled in using CRM platforms, especially with creating automated workflows, ensuring message deliverability, and utilizing reporting tools. You're adept at setting up automated sequences and interpreting data to inform actions.

• Managing Data Flow and Integration: You possess strong skills in handling CRM data flows, working seamlessly with APIs, and managing system integrations. You're able to connect different systems to ensure smooth data exchange and functionality.

• Technical Proficiency in Communication Systems: You have a solid technical understanding of email and SMS deliverability. You know how to maintain a positive sender reputation and can effectively address large-scale issues to ensure messages are delivered as intended.

• Guiding a Team: You can efficiently lead and inspire a small team, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
