Head of Product - Software for Drug Discovery

As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and business development to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and the software landscape around it
• Deep understanding of bioinformatics and drug discovery as well as challenges biotechs, CROs, and other players face.
• Proven experience in product management
• An entrepreneurial mindset. A vision for the future of drug discovery.
• Ability to build, manage, and coach a team of product managers developing software for scientists
• Ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
