Summary/objective:
Angel Studios is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Theatrical team. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning and optimizing our in-house ticketing service, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for our global audience. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to streamline the ticket purchasing process, making it effortless for fans to access and enjoy Angel Studios' movies on the silver screen.

Essential functions

  • Own and oversee the development and optimization of Angel Studios' in-house ticketing service for theatrical releases.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, design, finance, and our many theatrical partners, to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and release.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the ticketing space.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our audience, their preferences, and behaviors to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, track user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the ticketing experience.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate product updates, timelines, and outcomes.

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equival
