LivaNova PLC (Nasdaq: LIVN) is seeking a Senior Specialist, Consolidation Accountant & Systems for its Global Corporate Accounting, Reporting and Consolidations Group. The position will report to the Manager of Consolidations.

Position Summary

The Global Corporate Accounting, Reporting, and Consolidations Group is committed to developing, implementing, and championing best-in-class consolidations, accounting, and reporting practices. This position will provide an opportunity to become a OneStream and SAP subject matter expert. OneStream is the Company’s consolidation and corporate performance management application, and SAP is the main ERP used for the general ledger. The individual will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operational leaders, external implementation consultants, and the information technology department. This individual contributor will apply a mix of analytical, functional, technical, and administrative skills to consolidate the Company’s financial results and perform the day-to-day administration of OneStream.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in the OneStream Consolidation platform
• Assure U.S. GAAP and IFRS Financial Accounting and Reporting compliance
• Assist in the coordination of month-end close and monthly consolidation process with the Company’s various global legal entities
• Assist in the maintenance of the accounting/controlling modules of SAP (FI-CO modules of SAP ECC and SAP S/4) for the configuration of the Financial Statements submitted by the legal entities for the consolidation in OneStream
• Assist in providing key reports to the broader Accounting and Finance organization
• Maintain user administration, setup of new users, assigning roles and access levels within OneStream Consolidations and Account Reconciliations platforms
• Ensure system configuration and development activities follow change management policies
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of financial systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
• Work with internal and external auditors to provide audit request items
• Assist in special projects, as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting required
• 4+ years accounting experience required; public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), or similar CPM application preferred
• Experience with SAP (FI-CO modules of SAP ECC and SAP S/4)
• Knowledge of finance & accounting business processes such as close and consolidations, internal and external financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment across multiple levels of management
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
