Momentus offers the career opportunities and fast-paced, exciting environment of a growth company where you can make a direct impact on our product and customers.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled agile <u>team</u> that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings while having the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong><strong> </strong><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.</li><li>Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.</li><li>Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure a smooth delivery whilst supporting clients through the implementation process.</li><li>Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end users training.</li><li>Basic project management tasks including the following: creation of onsite agendas, follow up of the project task list with customer, escalation of issues and potential bottlenecks to PM for weekly status calls, and keeping the project within defined scope and timeline.</li><li>Drive integration requirements and analysis workshops and write detailed specifications for the development team.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Languages: Bilingual German/English OR bilingual French/English (must speak English and either German or French fluently)</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation</li><li>Minimum of 2-years’ experience acting as a billable resource with a utilization target</li><li>Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and strong command of the English language</li><li>Ability and availability for infrequent travel (up to 30%) to client sites for face-to-face meetings</li></ul><p><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></p><ul><li>You are self-motivated and perform independent and teamwork in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing</li><li>You possess exceptional time management skills</li><li>You enjoy problem-solving mindset and adaptability</li><li>You take a customer, Quality, and Results-oriented approach</li><li>You have experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Ungerboeck Software a plus</li><li>You are a Venue and/or Exhibition industry expert.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At Momentus, we understand that the best talent doesn't just want a job; they want a fulfilling career.
