Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Location: Witham (Hybrid Working 2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £27k per annum (DOE) + fantastic benefits including enhanced maternity/ paternity and life assurance

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to coordinate the commercial aspects of the Bureau Veritas M&M business, in particular coordination of our inspection business for UK and international clients.
On occasion will be required to assist with the core business, as demand dictates. Primarily office based, the role will require client or site visits and event participation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of our Inspection jobs efficiently including but not limited to:
- initial enquiry
- handling of nominations
- confirmation with clear scope of works
- releasing regular updates
- checking of reports and sending to clients
- Invoicing
- Assisting Credit Control with cash collection when queries raised
- Championing BVs core values and ethics, proactively following group policies
- Ensuring both UK and International Inspectors have all information required to complete works
- Effective planning and utilisation of UK inspectors and subcontractors
- Liaison with sites and internal companies to ensure work is scheduled efficiently and effectively
- Data management of jobs using our internal operating system and client information
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure focus is on quality service delivery
- Ability to negotiate with clients regarding pricing strategy and business development
- Undertaking and providing training activities as required
- Ability/willingness to assist in other areas of the Metals and Minerals UK Coordination teams, as and when required
- Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures
- Identifying group offices or subcontractors who are more cost effective
