We are seeking a to join our team Senior Architect to join our Miami and Ft. Meyers, FL Office.

How will you contribute to the team?
Serve as architectural lead with full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating project assignments with all design team members, Owner, and Contractor.
Lead coordination on resolving construction related clarifications or revisions with the design team leads and subconsultants.
Perform on-site inspections of projects under construction to ensure aesthetic value and quality construction.
Conduct ongoing quality control checks, punchlists, and project closeout during construction with accuracy and completeness.
Weekly internal project coordination meetings with internal staff and subconsultants of varying disciplines.
Weekly RFI, submittals, notice of variance review meetings with Contractor and Owner.
Weekly change order management meetings with Contractor and Owner.
Weekly project progress meetings and on-site walk throughs as needed.
QA/QC and Non-compliance review meetings with Contractor, Subcontractors, and Owner.
Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
Work involves planning and developing architectural projects concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major company programs.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree in Architecture or graduate level technical coursework preferred. This level may be achieved by Architects with ten years of experience since Bachelor's degree; or nine years of experience with Master's degree. Typical incumbent has fifteen or more years' experience.
Registration as a licensed architect is required.
Preferred candidate will have 8+ years of experience in all phases of aviation projects from schematic design through construction administration and close-out, as well as demonstrated experience with Construction Administration on large projects over $50M.
Candidate will have experience with Autodesk Revit software, Procore, BIM 360, and Newforma.
Strong technical writing and communication skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers and/or participation in technical committees. May be eligible for project management training. Knowledge of construction codes and agency compliance.
