Are you ready to shape the future of Human Resources (HR) as a manager leading a team of HR Business Partners and strategy and integration (S&I) across all of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering?  If so, join our HR team as the Human Resources Manager - Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering Development Programs.

You will play pivotal role as a thought partner to leadership, a coach to your team and a credible voice across all levels of the organization.  You will help drive as well as lead the HR team supporting BCA Engineering Product Development and Development Programs.  This position will be based in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners and proactively engage with CoE’s to ensure quality and timely delivery of HR products and services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the Director of HR to drive people strategies, enabling real-time engagements and solutions across BCA Engineering.
  • Lead development and deployment of integrated talent and organizational initiatives that align with functional and business unit strategies while ensuring alignment with enterprise HR Centers of Excellence (CoE).
  • Advise the HR Director and senior executives on strategies to translate business requirements into actionable execution.
  • Integrate HR solutions with broader functional and program strategies and tactics, applying lean principles to reduce complexity while focusing on safety and quality.
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters with strong judgment and decisive decision making.
  • Project-manage HR elements of integration and operational improvement initiatives across large stakeholder groups.
  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.)
  • Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • 5+ years of experience applying business acumen to link HR strategies with business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience leading strategy creation or execution and managing projects
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR or equivalent)
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in a large organization
