As Head of Enterprise Architecture, you are the visionary leader guiding the development and implementation of a powerful, company-wide architecture. You steer the strategy and objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify technological needs and build an enterprise architecture that is scalable, flexible, secure and cost-effective.</p><p>Your role revolves around establishing standards and guidelines to keep the organization on track. You advise and inform on all architecture aspects, enabling the flourishing of the new way of working within the organization. Additionally, you lead a talented and knowledgeable team of domain architects and IT experts within the new Lely organization.</p><p>It goes beyond technology. You are the driving force behind strategies that align investments with business goals while balancing innovation with the need for robust security. Flexibility is your keyword: ensuring technology can always adapt to changing business needs and intelligently identifying gaps in current technological landscapes.</p><p>And it doesn't end there. Apply now and be part of Lely's future!</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>This role is new in Lely's recently adjusted organization and therefore requires someone capable of shaping the future of working under architecture at Lely. You'll have considerable freedom to establish the team and the way of working. We're seeking someone who not only possesses knowledge of enterprise architecture but is also adept at shaping teams.
