  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, principals, and practice leaders to increase awareness of Fiserv capabilities, strategy, differentiators, and roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, and Proposal Management to support consultant-influenced pursuits by aligning messaging, coordinating engagement, and improving inclusion in consultant-led request for proposal activities.
  • Deliver ongoing consultant communications and education through webinars, newsletters, roadshows, and targeted updates that support strategic priorities.
  • Establish governance for consultant engagements, including operating rhythms, escalation paths, and best practices for working with consultants.
  • Ensure non-disclosure agreement processes are followed before confidential information is shared by partnering with Legal, Contracts, and internal stakeholders to manage requests and compliance.
  • Capture and synthesize consultant feedback on buyer trends, competitive dynamics, and market perceptions, then convert those insights into executive briefings and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop reporting on engagement metrics, pipeline influence, win and loss trends, and sentiment themes to measure program impact and inform prioritization.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in relationship management, sales enablement, marketing, communications, partner management, consulting, or a related function within fintech, banking, payments, enterprise technology, or a similar domain.
  • 8+ years of experience engaging consulting firms, advisory organizations, implementation partners, or other external influencers that shape client buying decisions and vendor evaluations.
  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes across sales, product, marketing, legal, and relationship management stakeholders.
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce, eCRM, or similar platforms, along with dashboards and reporting tools to track engagement, pipeline influence, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience creating executive-ready briefings, messaging, and meeting materials, and facilitating stakeholder discussions that lead to documented decisions and next steps.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Established network across financial services consulting firms, advisory boutiques, and implementation partners.
