Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a full-time Business Operations Manager to join our Justice in Criminal Neuropsychology (JCN) Program and Conservatorship Assessment Team (CAT). You will oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the programs and provide leadership to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities across program teams
- Manage staff and provide functional leadership, including assigning work and monitoring performance
- Develop and manage programs budgets, track expenditures, and identify efficiencies
- Lead and support complex projects and operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Administer contracts and support business process improvements
- Analyze data and operational needs to inform decision-making and program strategy
Salary range: $37.60/hr - $78.35/hr
Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field OR a combination of education and experience in business operations, budgeting, project management, and administrative oversight
Prior supervisor or managerial experience
Strong demonstrated leadership, management, and supervisory skills to effectively train and guide staff at all levels
Knowledge of administrative, financial, or operational processes within healthcare or higher education environments (highly preferred)
Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
