Appointment Setter (Institutional Food Service)

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week with potential conversion to full-time

Responsibilities:

• Canvas the Singapore market to identify potential institutional food service contracts
  
• Conduct outbound B2B calls to institutions including old folks homes, daycare centers, canteens, and childcare centers
  
• Research and identify decision-makers at target institutions
  
• Qualify prospects and assess their interest in food catering services
  
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for the internal sales team to follow up
  
• Verify contact information and maintain accurate prospect databases
  
• Potentially expand market research to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur area) as business grows
  

Scope:

• Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week with potential conversion to full-time
  
• Primary focus on Singapore market initially
  
• Target institutions include elderly care facilities, childcare centers, corporate canteens, and daycare centers
  
• Use Singapore phone number for local market credibility
  
• Performance-based incentive structure to be implemented based on successful appointments and conversions
  
• Potential expansion to Malaysia market (Klang Valley area) as business develops
  
• Future consideration for Cambodia market expansion
  

Requirements

• Experience in appointment setting and outbound B2B calling
  
• Strong communication skills for engaging with institutional decision-makers
  
• Ability to research and identify prospects through online tools and databases
  
• Experience qualifying leads and determining genuine interest
  
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
