Salary:

This position pays up to $120,000/ year depending on experience.

Description of Role:

SRI Telecom is seeking a Senior OSP Construction Area Manager to oversee the construction of next-generation fiber optic networks for a leading OSP construction company. As a Sr. OSP Area Manager, you will effectively lead and manage area operations related to construction services, outside plant engineering, and design services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Comcast OSP construction and possess strong knowledge of Fiber, COAX, and HFC construction and maintenance. Experience with OSP P&L financial management is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Comcast, COAX, OSP, and Underground Construction is critical.
• Lead and manage area operations for construction services, outside plant, and engineering services.
• Assign and review new projects to Outside Plant Engineers (OPE).
• Conduct site walkouts and assist with project permitting.
• Communicate with project customers and counterparts.
• Use Job Tracking system for project assignment and closure.
• Manage up to 10 employees, ensuring safety practices and employee development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building P&L and other Financial Models for OSP Construction.
• Strong Experience with OSP Construction
• Experience in Comcast Fiber builds
• Experience in Salesforce/P2 for Comcast
• Strong understand of OSP practices
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Understanding of COAX and OSP Fiber network architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
