Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Triage and respond to inbound partner inquiries (case management) 

  • Monitor partner adherence to program compliance and oversee internal and external communications with key stakeholders 

  • Manage partner onboarding communications 

  • Review new partner account setup to ensure accuracy 

  • Update account and user setup when program enrollment changes 

  • Oversee legal requirements including agreement amendments, processing of mergers/acquisitions, rebrands, and partner terminations 

  • Manage the administration of partner facing communications as needed, including webinars, monthly newsletter submissions, community posts, the oversight of respective calendars, and upload of posts/assets as needed 

  • Write draft copy for communications as needed in support of key stakeholders 

  • Proof partner facing newsletters prior to release 

  • Review and maintain data integrity in CRM periodically 

  • Support Partner Programs and Strategy team with event planning and logistics management 

  • Support Programs team as needed on various team projects 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Understanding of a SaaS business and related operations 

  • Knowledge of relational databases and operating within (Salesforce, CRM, etc) 

  • Familiarity with channel programs 

  • Ability to use formulas and other tools in Excel to prepare data sets for analysis 

  • Aptitude to identify or modify processes to drive efficiency as the business grows 

  • Ability to apply critical and out of the box thinking to solve moderately complex business problems 

  • Written and verbal English communication skills for internal and external communication with key stakeholders and partners 

  • Ability to respond gracefully to challenging inbound communications 

  • Use of PowerPoint as a medium to convey thoughts to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Ability to present to internal stakeholders confidently 

  • Effective time management to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment 

  • Requires minimal instructions on new tasks 

  • Applies good judgment and understands when the business requires a sense of urgency 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • Capacity to learn and apply new concepts, technologies rapidly 

  • Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams 

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
