Account Services Representative

Location: Pensacola, FL (100% onsite initially, eligible for hybrid after training and performance requirements are met)

Pay: $19.75/hour

Position Overview

Handle high-volume inbound calls and assist account holders with account and consumer loan-related inquiries. This role requires working on a computer with dual monitors while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST
• Approximately 15 business days of training, followed by 10 business days of nesting with additional support and coaching
• Additional bridge training required after nesting

Permanent Schedule

• Mon-Sat or Sun-Fri Flex Schedule
• Start times between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST
• Weekend availability required
• Schedules provided 2 weeks in advance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and typing skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle challenging customer situations
• Dependable, adaptable, and accountable

Hybrid Work Requirements

• Wired Ethernet connection required
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace with room for two monitors and phone equipment
• No Wi-Fi, hotspots, satellite internet, or shared/public internet connections

Additional Information

Potential for full-time conversion based on business needs, attendance, tenure, and performance. Contract extensions may be available while awaiting conversion opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
