Construction Laborer

Job Summary:

The Special Operations Crew Member is responsible for a variety of property maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks. This role requires a versatile skill set and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete work orders, including but not limited to asphalt and concrete repairs, landscape renovations, signage replacement, pressure washing, and winter services as needed.

This position is for a night shift working 4 ten hour shifts Tuesday - Friday

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance on asphalt, concrete, and curbing.
• Execute landscape renovations and wetland maintenance.
• Replace signage and property fixtures such as liners, urns, and mailboxes.
• Conduct pressure washing services as needed.
• Perform illegal dump site cleanups and graffiti removal.
• Carry out seasonal maintenance, including winterization, de-icing, snow shoveling, de-icer spreading, and plowing services.
• Provide coverage for other property maintenance departments as needed, including custodial services, parking lot sweeping, and landscape maintenance.
• Complete service requests and other projects requested from supervisors and management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions in English. Proficiency in using a handheld smart device for work orders and communication.
• Driving Requirements: Must have a clean driving record and a valid Washington State driver’s license. This is a DOT-regulated driving position, and the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in construction, property maintenance, or a related field.

Dependability: Punctual and reliable attendance, ability to cover work responsibilities when absent, and commitment to completing tasks on time. Willingness to work extended
