Responsibilities
Identify client experience self-service/learning/solution in-app opportunities and design, develop, and implement learning and content experiences accordingly.
Lead content innovation using new and emerging trends, research, and methods.
Research and apply trending learning and content technology and tools to create an innovative and engaging user experience.
Create and iterate content quality standards.
Drive multiple learning and self-service content projects by leading iteration cycles including analysis, prototyping, review process, and publishing.
Identify collaboration opportunities with solution stakeholders regarding solution utilization, solution adoption, solution value, stakeholder feedback, and client/associate data collection.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 6 years of experience as a software technical writer or eLearning instructional designer, or as a software product owner or business analyst with applicable software technical writing skills
Experience with wiki platform, such as NICE CxOne Expert (formerly Mindtouch), and/or eLearning suite like Articulate 360
Preferred
Master’s degree in Writing, Technical Writing, Instructional Design or equivalent field.
Management experience with 3+ or more direct reports.
