We are looking for Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Prague

Your Challenge

• Evaluate P&Ls on a monthly basis - analyze variances, completeness and accuracy of P&L 
• Communicate and cooperate with outsourcing accountants, business partners, colleagues to ensure proper accounting of revenues and costs
• Full ownership of accounting and controlling agenda for 4 entities in Ataccama Group
• Complete monthly calculations of services revenue including work in progress calculations
• Review contracts and issue invoices for Ataccama products based on contracts and Salesforce
• Prepare support for monthly transfer pricing invoices and calculate TP rates
• Ensure intercompany reconciliation of P&L and BS items
• Ensure timely collection of receivables
• Ensure timely payments of AP in some Ataccama entities
• Check employee’s expenses reports
• Advise business managers on all finance-related matters
• Advise on the completeness of business contracts, purchase orders, acceptance certificates, etc.
• Run the statutory audits for some entities in Ataccama Group (Europe and APAC)
• Deal with local auditors during the annual statutory audit

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate a small team of accountants and junior controller, providing guidance and support
• Conduct regular 1on1s, GPS meetings and annual performance reviews

Is This You?

• You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• You have min. 4 years of experience in accounting/controlling/auditing from international company, knowledge of NetSuite a huge advantage
• You have experience from SaaS business or tech industry
• You have experience in leading a small team or mentoring juniors
• You have knowledge of Czech accounting standards, IFRS or US GAAP is a huge advantage 
• You understand the basics of tax regulation and travel expenses
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google sheets
• You have very good knowledge of English and Czech or Slovak
• You’re a team player
• You pay attention to detail and have good time management and communication skills
• You are an analytical thinker with the ability to see things in a broader context
• You are not afraid of using lot of systems and applications
