The position will also be responsible for tracking ESG disclosure and reporting requirements and supporting preparedness efforts for future regulations.

As a science-led business, we believe data is crucial to delivering Regeneron’s mission to improve lives. This position will play a critical role in our efforts to advance our mission-driven responsibility strategy and goals through robust performance data management and related stakeholder engagement.

  • Manage and refine tools for effectively gathering ESG data from diverse sources within the organization.

  • Ensure auditability and traceability through implementing and maintaining internal controls, including defined data lineage and logging.

  • Support tracking and preparing for upcoming ESG disclosure and reporting requirements, such as the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and the U.S. SEC’s Climate Change Disclosure Rule.

  • Manage ESG data software solution, including implementing and enhancing data governance structure and internal controls to ensure proper management of ESG data
