What You’ll Do 

Position Summary

The Director Center Operations, DFW is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple centers across the Dallas-Ft. Worth market. This individual will lead clinical and non-clinical employees, support operational initiatives, engage in neighborhood and community activities, and ensure that day-to-day center operations run smoothly and timely. This role reports to the Market President and collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer; the SVP, VB Performance; and the SVP, Growth. 

This role will be a relationship-oriented, dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving operational results at scale. Responsibilities consist of but not all inclusive:

Responsibilities

• Oversee local Center and Associate Center Directors in managing the daily operations of assigned neighborhood practice centers. Drive performance by promoting best practices and standardizing operational procedures across the market, as measured by key performance indicators.
• Develop, implement, and monitor annual and operational budgets for market neighborhood centers.  Identify and rectify variances to ensure financial targets are met.  
• Effectively manage and encourage a collaborative dynamic between market Center Directors. Onboard, train and coach new Center Directors and provide ongoing feedback on clinical and operational performance. 
• Cultivate trusting relationships with providers and other shared / market team members, and coach all market team members to maximize patient and family satisfaction. Instill a service-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative culture across assigned market.
