Essential Job Duties:
Performs or assists with the daily clinical activities, assisting with patient workflows and clinic operations.
Assists the healthcare team by collecting, reporting, and delivering care to support high quality and safe outcomes.
Maintains high satisfaction levels by providing care with consideration of the individual needs of the patient/family and their age-specific/developmental needs.
Contributes to a high-performance work environment by maintaining specific knowledge and skills needed to perform tasks according to policy and procedure at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Hours worked will be completed as Clinic Medical Assistant.
Secondary Job Duties:
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education -- High school graduate, GED and accepted into an accredited 4 year bachelor program. Applicant must be in a Pre-Med Major.
Experience -- Maintain GPA 2.7 or better and proof of general knowledge of Anatomy and physiology, basic medical terminology. A general understanding of biology and chemistry preferred not required.
