Who You Are: 

Having a constant focus on Microsoft technologies On premise & On Cloud, Automation, DevOps and new technologies, the Senior IT System Windows Administrator & DevOps Enthusiastic will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems. Serves as a technical expert around Microsoft systems & technologies administration for complex operating enterprise architecture. Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department. Performs support to Operations staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Manages the day-to-day operations on the server farm environment by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair
• Performs troubleshooting as required as advanced Operating system Administrator (Level 3) : MS Windows OS : Windows 10, Windows Server 2012R2 2016 2019 2022 • Identify guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the systems, disk arrays, fiber channel switches, tape libraries and other components in datacenter
• Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance for mission critical resources
• Support security team to protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.
• Develops procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restoration of host operating systems and host-based applications
• ISMS User Key Activities: o Is requested to abide by the security policies and procedures in force for her / his operational role o Is requested to report to the ISMS Manager of all observed security issues
• Plan, organize and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with institutional policies/procedures; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively.
• System configuration management & automation for Patch management & security
• Virtualization: VMWARE esxi/vsphere
• Scripting & Automation: PowerShell scripting / Python or others , Windows deployment tools for mastering desktops & servers
• Steering O365 (governance, management, SAML, OAuth, Conditional Access, Licences, …)
• Identity management (ex: Adfs, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, PKI, MIM Windows)
• System configuration management & automation for Patch management & security
• Work daily with a team of production technicians and maintenance technicians
•  Mobile Device Management Intune
•  Knowing how to use/manage Power BI is a nice to have

 

What it Takes: 

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (BAC +5 )
• More than 5 years work experience in complex systems design, deploy and operation support
• Advanced Operating system Administrator ( Level 3) : MS Windows OS : Windows 10, Windows Server 2012R2 2016 2019 2022
• Mastering Microsoft technologies for Identity Management on Premise & On Cloud : Active Directory/ Azure Active Directory / AD Connect / AD FS / AD CS / Microsoft Identity Management MIM
• Mastering Windows Clustering Services
• Good Knowledge on O365 tenant Global Administration & Licenses management : SSO : SAML / Ouath / Security & Conditional Access
• Knowledge of the Security concepts: Cyphersuite, Hash, Certificate, Certificate Authority, DNSSEC, Authentication vs Authorization, DDOS, MITM, Breach, Exploit, IDS, IPS ;
