Sr. Data Analyst

Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support strategic communications and executive support. This role will be responsible for facilitating business transformation and overseeing change management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to support strategic communications tasks, ensuring alignment with VHA's strategic goals and business needs.
• Create data-driven reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights into project progress, outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and data sharing with stakeholders.
• Utilize data analysis tools to track and report on key metrics, supporting decision-making processes.
• Support the integration of data analysis efforts with VHA's Capability Architecture and Business Function Framework to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with VHA or similar organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with VHA's data models and information architecture is a plus.
