Sr. Frontend Engineer
UnitAbout the role
Who We Are
Unit is bringing every financial asset in the world on-chain. We’re a protocol built on top of Hyperliquid, which is the fastest growing decentralized exchange and it’s own L1 blockchain.
We utilize the Hyperliquid infrastructure to create spot markets for assets we tokenize, and perpetual futures markets for any asset for which we provide a price feed.
If you’ve traded spot BTC, ETH, SOL, or FARTCOIN and PUMP on Hyperliquid, you’ve traded Unit assets on Unit deployed markets. Since launching these markets over the past few months, we’ve done over $9B in volume and have amassed a TVL of over $700M.
We’re a small but elite team that moves fast, values agency and intelligence, and works extremely hard towards our shared vision of bringing real value and innovation to the space.
The Role
As Unit expands, we will build and launch products that reach millions of end users. We’re looking for a high-impact, Senior Frontend Engineer who can lead the development of these user-facing products. As the lead frontend engineer, you will have the ability to drive the architecture, tech stack, and product design decisions for these products as well.

You should be able to work with autonomy, be extremely experienced with building super performant web applications, and have a passion for crafting delightful user experiences. You should have a strong product sense and ideally understand trading or at least have an interest in innovating on the trading user experience. Design skills are not necessary, but a good eye and strong design sense is required.
We don’t care where you’ve worked or what school you went to, but we do care that you’ve built beautiful, performant web applications that tens or hundreds of thousands of users have enjoyed. We care greatly about our craft and want to work with others who share the same passion.
