At TD, Corporate Sponsorships plays a critical role in how we connect with communities, customers, and colleagues across our U.S. footprint. From sports and entertainment to community partnerships, our sponsorships are designed to build brand love, foster local relevance, and create authentic moments that matter.

The U.S. Corporate Sponsorship team is a high-performing, fast-paced group that oversees a diverse and dynamic portfolio of partnerships across key U.S. markets. We work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as well as with external agencies and partner organizations to activate and optimize our sponsorship investments.

We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and execution-focused marketing professional to join our team as an Associate Sponsorship Manager. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of our sponsorships, working closely with Sponsorship Marketing Managers to bring our partnerships to life.

You’ll be responsible for managing partner deliverables, integrating with our digital tools, supporting hospitality, and ticketing, and tracking performance across assets and activations.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves a good checklist, and has a passion for turning plans into action.

The Associate Marketing Sponsorship Manager is an expert level marketing professional responsible for managing and/or leading development and execution of moderate to complex marketing plans/programs/projects/strategies, by designing and delivering marketing solutions/insights consistent with TD’s marketing standards and strategies, in support of business results, customer engagement and experience.

Depth & Scope:

  • Manages marketing projects/programs/initiatives of low to moderate scope and complexity
  • Expert level marketing professional role requiring in-depth knowledge/expertise in own domain/field of specialty and working knowledge of broader related areas
  • Develops project briefs with marketing planners, prepares project plans and resources projects appropriately
  • Integrates the broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area
  • Understands the industry, competition and the factors that differentiate the organization
  • Applies best practices to implement process, product or service improvements
  • Acts as a subject matter expert within their own area of specialty or a resource for others
  • Leads projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements; may lead end-to-end processes or functional programs
  • Contributes to setting standards within area of expertise
  • Solves complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables, including consultation with multiple stakeholders
  • Uses advanced methods to contribute to new solutions and recommend standards against which others will operate
  • Impacts a range of functional programs and operations across own and related teams
  • Interprets guidelines, standards, policies and results of analysis to inform decision making at senior levels
  • Builds stakeholder alignment in leading projects and activities; may provide process and subject matter advice at senior levels
  • Works independently as the senior technical lead and guides others within area of expertise
  • Identifies and leads problem resolution for complex issues at all levels

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
