About the Role:
At Motive, the growth marketing team is responsible for maximizing growth and new customer acquisition across all that we do. The responsibilities of the team span the entire customer journey - from the first touchpoint to upsell and retention. We put the user first - ensuring we are delivering on our core value proposition and putting the right message in the right moment. A key part of our growth team is our web experience group. This team is dedicated to maximizing brand and demand on one of our most important digital channels: our website.
As a Senior Web Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in building the vision and experimentation roadmap for our web marketing program. You’ll drive the voice of customer research and partner with cross functional teams to develop a data-backed approach to improving the overall user journey and customer experience with a lens on driving impactful business results.
This role is remote and based in the US.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the web strategy, including the development of landing page experiences, conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing and experimentation, and UX enhancements that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Develop the CRO roadmap and build up processes and best practices to maintain a high performing program.
- Analyze and monitor website performance and user behavior to generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.
- Conduct user research to ensure the voice of the customer is a key part of the CRO program.
- Effective collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to bring testing and web strategies to life.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of website management, strategy and CRO experience
- 3+ years of B2B web experience preferred
- Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS, A/B testing tools, site analytics and other business intelligence tools.
- Adept at leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests, experiment design, and running experiments at scale.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for quality content, a sharp ear for quality communication, and an inquiring mind that is motivated by new approaches.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.
- An owner mentality: You take pride in your work and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of the growth we are working towards.
