                       100% remote position reporting to Camarillo, CA

TRAVEL:       10% domestic travel

SALARY:       $114,379.00 - $154,050.00/year

HOURS:         Full Time / 40 hours

Job Duties: Responsible for supporting the system and validation testing of the company’s WWAN modules, modems and gateways. Support the data collection on various operator networks during bench and field testing. Involved in communication with development teams, software test teams, and third-party test labs/ wireless operators. Support the design and definition of the test plan, working closely with the engineering team, to make sure the test cases and scenarios covers all the requirements from the operators. Support testing on, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. Support the validation testing with Verizon Motive (OMADM & LWM2M). Support 3rd party test labs with triaging test failures and validating against requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study, and 6 years of progressive experience in systems engineering support in the mobile industry. Employer will accept Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study and 3 years of experience in systems engineering support in the mobile industry, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6 years of progressive experience.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

Experience with the latest 4G and 5G cellular technologies, which meet higher and faster internet demands and articulating issues to internal and external teams. Experience working with carrier requirements and third party test labs, including: AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Experience configuring computers and modems for wired and wireless networks. Experience with product design and life cycle, including: modules, routers, products with embedded modules, or smart phones. Experience executing local field validation tests for: modules, routers, products with embedded modules, or smart phones.

Pay range for this position is $114,379.00 - $154,050.00. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
