About the role

Properties Data and Analytics Director - TII

About Us:

As a Fortune 50 company with more than 400,000 team members worldwide, Target is an iconic brand and one of America's leading retailers.

Joining Target means promoting a culture of mutual care and respect and striving to make the most meaningful and positive impact. Becoming a Target team member means joining a community that values different voices and lifts each other up. Here, we believe your unique perspective is important, and you'll build relationships by being authentic and respectful.

Target’s distinctive brand love is infused throughout its many physical locations by the Properties teams. We have a direct and positive impact on the real estate, design, construction and maintenance of our stores, distribution centers and headquarters. Are you ready to help strategically grow Target’s brand through leading-edge design, development, construction, and

preservation? Can you effectively balance the efficiencies of a large-design build company with the unique challenges and innovative solutions required by individual sites? Then take your place on one of our Properties teams and help us make the most of Target’s physical footprint both in the U.S. and overseas.

The Properties Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling faster, smarter, and more scalable decision-making to support how we design, build, and maintain our stores. We rapidly develop and deploy innovations to improve processes and unlock new capabilities that drive productivity and enhance the guest and team member experience.

Here, you’ll leverage data, statistics, and visualization to generate actionable insights that create value across all Target Properties functions. We’re looking for exceptional individuals who are proactive, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity—people who think critically, solve problems practically, and move quickly from analysis to action.

Are you a curious, strategic thinker who seeks the root cause of issues and can analyze both quantitatively and qualitatively? Do you enjoy simplifying complexity, identifying solutions, and executing effective plans? If so, you’ll thrive in this dynamic and collaborative environment
