Mercy Hospital’s 28-bed Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) is a specialized unit within the hospital that focuses on providing care for patients who require a period of observation to determine their appropriate course of treatment, whether they need to be admitted or can be discharged. This unit is typically fast-paced and allows our caregivers to assess, diagnose, and treat medical concerns with non-invasive methods. As an RN Resident, you will work with fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.

  • Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
