Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekends (Friday - Sunday)

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our newly established wellness clinic in Phoenix, AZ. As a Registered Nurse at our wellness clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the efficient operation of the medical office. At our clinic, we are committed to delivering family medicine, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and comprehensive care to our patients. Our approach is outcomes-driven, with a strong emphasis on integrated patient care through strategic partnerships with counseling/behavioral health facilities. How you will make an impact

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver family medicine and Medication-Assisted Treatment.
• Conducting patient assessments and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Providing patient education and fostering a supportive environment for overall wellness.
• Assisting in the coordination of integrated care through partnerships with counseling/behavioral health facilities.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of patient information and maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.

What we are looking for

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing, MAT, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and positive health outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and innovative healthcare environment.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility to contribute to the redefinition of the industry.
• This position requires availability to work Friday through Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While actual working hours may vary within this timeframe, candidates should be prepared to be available during these hours.
