Rotation Overview:

Our rotation programs are a great way for you to understand different business/technology groups, practice

relevant skills, and meet key connections for your future at ADI. Within the Graduate Rotational Development

Program, you will be placed in a two-year long program that offers real-world experience, providing an excellent

foundation for career growth and advancement. During the program, you will go through a structured,

progressive curriculum including four rotations where you will receive professional development opportunities

and mentorship before integration into the sales team.

In addition, some skills you will develop include, but are not limited to:

  • Analog / Mixed-Signal circuit and system design
  • Microcontroller and Data/System security
  • Assisting in the design and evaluation of customer systems – hardware and software
  • Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs versus wants
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and ADI’s product line management,

marketing, and engineering

  • Educating customers about ADI’s products, services, and system solutions through technical presentations and demonstrations

Sales Integration Overview:

After completing the Graduate Rotational Development Program, you will enter Analog Devices’ sales

organization as a Field Applications Engineer in the Northern New Jersey/Eastern Pennsylvania region. As a Field Applications Engineer,

you will work collaboratively with our sales team to engage our customers, understanding and solving their most

challenging application-level problems that span a broad range of technologies including data conversion,

sensing, interface, communication, processing and security.

Role Summary:

The candidate will provide field applications support to customers utilizing Analog Devices broad product portfolio predominantly focused on power, mixed signal analog and embedded processor applications.  This involves working with broad range of customers, sales teams and product development teams to identify key opportunities and position the best solutions tailored to customer needs to grow Analog Devices market share.  The Primary focus will be on all market segments.  This position will be based in the MidAtlantic market with some travel to adjacent states. Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs versus wants
  • Proposing system solutions to customers
  • Developing and proposing new products to Product Lines to fill customers' needs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key Product Lines' Management, Marketing, and Application Engineering.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
  • Training customers on Analog Devices' solutions and products
  • Training Product lines, Sales, and applications on system requirements
