Field Services Assistant

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: 

The Field Services Assistant is an hourly position within the WTI RISE department for ELEVATE and RISE students and employees providing administrative support in various departments within the Roofing and WTI divisions. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential or principal functions and responsibilities. Include all critical aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.

• Actively strive to foster and maintain a workplace climate that is supportive and respectful of various departments in the Roofing and WTI divisions. 
• Assist with and provide a wide range of administrative support for the various departments (including operations and administrative) within the Roofing and WTI divisions.
• Assist departments in communicating with customers both internal and external by phone, email, or text messaging. 
• Must participate in the RISE program (involved in monthly meetings and one/one as necessary).
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners.
• Travel as needed and represent RISE at student and employee recruiting events, career fairs, conferences, etc.
• Work with various Roofing and WTI department management to continually devise and implement process improvements and align to meet current and future company needs.
• Support WTI in advocacy, strategy, and community efforts.
• May participate in community and education-related activities within the RISE department
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
